  • You are litigating a personal injury matter, including a slip and fall, motor vehicle accident, product failure, medical negligence and you and your lawyer and the other party seek to resolve the matter and agree to try the Mediation avenue

  • You have a contract which has been breached or has unclear terms or conditions, where both parties want to resolve the dispute and are agreeable to try Mediation

   Key benefits of Mediation

What Mediation allows and facilitates  is for open communication, which is off the record and confidential, to facilitative  constructive and conducive conversations, about the respective parties wants, needs, interests and expectations, in a confidential setting, with a neutral Mediator, who assists with issue identification, problem solving, risk assessment and risk management.

There is and can be no failure in Mediation. The process either resolves the matter or reveals and unveils the layers of knots and the underlying issues at hand, which, innately, is a stepping stone to a solution and/or resolution.  Mediation moves the process forward.

As Mediation is voluntary, the parties can withdraw, at any time.
