How Mediation works

What is Mediation

Mediation is an informal process whereon the impartial third party Mediator's role is to provide a forum for open, honest and confidential communication and conversation.

Mediator's role

The role of the Mediator is to act on behalf of the resolution process itself. The Mediator does not act on behalf of either party. The Mediator is the facilitator of a resolution process, who assists in unveiling prospects for an early resolution of the dispute, saving the parties time, money and avoidable stress.

Objective of Mediation

The objective of Mediation is to identify the issues and unveil common grounds, mindsets, interests, needs and expectations.

Langan Law and Mediation brings to the Mediation table a committed guarantee to exhaust every negotiation avenue, to the highest level of quality.
